Dylans Day

Today I had off work.  I decided to keep Dylan home with me and have a Mommy & Me day.  After we dropped Emersyn off at school,  we went to Target, out to lunch,  and to the movies.  Dylan loves Target. Who doesn't?!?!  We ate lunch at Chic-fil-a,  and he played in the kids play area, his favorite. After lunch we went to see Monsters University. This was Dylans first time at the movies. He sat in my lap, but did great!
We had a fun day. After a short nap, we picked Emersyn up from school, came home and played together.

Summer Lovin'

In between the rainy days,  we've been enjoying our summer.  The kids love to be outside playing on the playset,  blowing bubbles,  riding bikes,  drawing with chalk, using the water table,  going to the pool,  and even going to an occasional festival. 
I've taken so many pictures to capture all our fun moments. I thought I'd post a few.

Happy 6th Anniversary

Happy 6th Anniversary to Us! 

In six years we have...... 

- lived in two states and moved three times 

- Have two lovable & energetic dogs 

- Blessed with two beautiful children 

-  six years is 3,153,600 minutes we've spent married to our soul mate! 

I have found my best friend,  the person who makes me a better person,  and loves even my faults. We are on this adventure together,  and I can't wait to see what the future brings.

Do you hear that?

When the ice cream truck enters the neighborhood,  the kids ears perk up like dogs.  They get quiet,  turning their heads to the noise,  wondering if their dreams have come true once again. Oh, the blissful sounds of the ice cream truck!

Donut Day!

Friday I had the day off.  Dylan requested that we go to Dunkin' Donuts,  so I took them there for morning snack.  They each picked out their own donut.  Mmm,  good!

I am really behind on my posts. I admit,  I've become very lazy about it.  I have so much to share,  but I choose to spend my free time in other ways.  So,  I'm going to try and catch up slowly but surely.
