Their Story:
Niko & Blitz came into our lives late summer 2007. We got them from a breeder in California. I've always wanted a husky, so it was a dream come true. We actually went for one dog and came home with two. They are pack dogs, so we thought we'd get two dogs to avoid one being lonely. Plus, they were soooo cute! We took them home at seven weeks, and we just celebrated their fourth birthday. They were born on the same day to separate parents. Our lives wouldn't be the same without them. They are a wonderful addition to our circus! :-)
Niko:
He is our bi-eyed husky. He was my pick of the liter. I found the name on a Siberian Husky website and fell in love with it. Niko is a trouble maker and full of energy. He loves to dig, chew, chase, run, bark, howl and get in trouble as much as he can. He also loves kids, taking long walks, playing catch with Dylan and begging for people food. (hence his weight)
Blitz:
He is our brown-eyed cuddle monster. He loves to be loved by everyone. If he likes you, he'll provide you with a lifetime of kisses. Blitz was named after a football term and he was Zack's pick. He is also our emotional dog. He gets upset when we leave, and cries when we get home to let us know how unhappy he is that we left in the first place. Blitz is a sprinter! He is VERY fast and loves to entertain himself. Give him a bone, a treat, or a ball and he will play by himself, tossing the item to and fro having a blast. Blitz loves long walks, sleeping, stealing stuffed animals from Dylan & Emersyn and most of all, he loves his family.
